Promotion Terms and Conditions
Promotion Period: 1 July 2026 - 31 July 2026

1. Promoter
The promoter is MJS Electrical Supplies of Unit 2, 191 The Horsley Drive, Fairfield NSW 2165 (Promoter).
This promotion is conducted in collaboration with Clipsal (Clipsal).

2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 1 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 July 2026 (Promotion Period).
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to customers in Australia who purchase eligible Clipsal products from MJS Electrical Supplies during the Promotion Period.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Where the customer is a business, the person entering on behalf of that business warrants that they are authorised to accept these Terms and Conditions on the business's behalf.
Employees, directors and immediate family members of MJS Electrical Supplies, Clipsal and their related agencies are ineligible to enter, unless the Promoter determines otherwise in writing.
The promotion is open to customers Australia-wide; however, any prize delivery arrangements are subject to the conditions in clause 10.

4. Eligible Purchases
Eligible purchases are purchases of Clipsal products from MJS Electrical Supplies that are invoiced during the Promotion Period (Eligible Purchases).
Cancelled, returned, refunded, credited, fraudulent or unpaid invoices are not eligible.
An invoice must be paid in full, not subject to a credit or return, and otherwise valid at the time of the draw to remain eligible.
The Promoter may verify each invoice, payment status, return or credit status, customer identity and any other matter relevant to entry eligibility before awarding a prize.

5. How to Enter
Eligible customers will automatically receive entries based on the value of each Eligible Purchase, excluding GST, as follows:

Each qualifying invoice is assessed separately. Multiple invoices cannot be combined to reach an entry threshold.
The entry tiers are not cumulative. For example, an Eligible Purchase of $1,000.00 or more (excluding GST) receives five entries, not eight entries.
There is no limit on the number of entries an eligible customer may receive during the Promotion Period, provided every entry is linked to a valid Eligible Purchase.
Entries are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

6. Prizes
The total prize pool is valued at $7,191.00 AUD, including GST.

There will be nine prizes awarded to nine separate winners.
Once a person or business has won a prize, any remaining entries held by that person or business will be removed from subsequent prize draws.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Prize colours, configurations and availability are subject to supplier availability.
If a stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
Any ancillary costs associated with taking or using a prize, including delivery, mobile service costs, accessories, insurance, registration or installation, are the responsibility of the winner unless expressly stated otherwise.
Apple is not a sponsor of, affiliated with, or responsible for this promotion.

7. Draw
The draw will take place at MJS Electrical Supplies, Unit 2, 191 The Horsley Drive, Fairfield NSW 2165 within 1 week after the end of the promotion period.
The draw will be conducted by random selection from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
The order of prize allocation will be: iPhone Pro 17 Max 512GB, Apple Watch Ultra 3 prizes, then Apple AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation prizes.
Winners do not need to be present at the draw to win.

8. Winner Notification and Publication
The winner or winners will be notified by telephone and/or email using the contact details held by MJS Electrical Supplies within two business days of the draw.
Subject to applicable law, the winner or winners' surname and state/territory may be published on the MJS Electrical Supplies website, social media pages and other promotional material.

9. Unclaimed Prizes
If a prize remains unclaimed, or the Promoter is unable to contact a winner after making reasonable attempts, the Promoter may conduct a redraw in accordance with applicable law.
Any redraw winner will be notified in the same manner as the original winner.

10. Prize Collection and Delivery
Winners must provide suitable identification and any information reasonably required by the Promoter to verify identity and eligibility.
Where collection is required, prizes must be collected from MJS Electrical Supplies unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.
For winners located outside the Sydney metropolitan area, the Promoter may arrange delivery of the prize to an Australian address nominated by the winner.
The Promoter is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties, incorrect address details or circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control.

11. Privacy
By entering the promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion, verifying entries, contacting winners and awarding prizes.
Personal information may be disclosed to Clipsal, prize suppliers, delivery providers and regulatory authorities where reasonably required to conduct the promotion.
Entrants may receive marketing communications from MJS Electrical Supplies where they have opted in or where otherwise permitted by law.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

12. General
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false or misleading information, engages in fraudulent conduct or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter may cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its control, subject to applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Clipsal are not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or any prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any consumer guarantee or other legal right which cannot lawfully be excluded.
